Processing Times

  • All custom items are made to order.
  • Current processing times may vary depending on order volume, product type, and customization requests.
  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on availability.

Please allow additional time during holidays, sales, launches, and high-volume seasons.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination of the package.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Lacy’s Custom Tumblers is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

Lacy’s Custom Tumblers is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Items damaged during shipping

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all original packaging and taking photos of the damaged items immediately.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • All custom and personalized sales are final
  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable

If there is an issue caused by an error on our end, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can work toward a solution.
