At Lacy’s Custom Tumblers, every item is handmade and created with care. Due to the custom nature of our products, all custom and personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Returns and refunds for non-custom items are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within three (3) business days after delivery so we can review the situation together at lacyscustomtumblers@gmail.com. 

Please note that Lacy’s Custom Tumblers is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.
